On December 13, the Stammtisch at Kamar in Itaewon was held in a festive Christmas atmosphere.

Outside, a light snowfall made everyone say, โ€œIt really feels like Christmas today!โ€ โ€” the mood was just perfect.

This month was extra special: not only did we have free beer for early arrivals, but we also served warm Glรผhwein and Stollen, which brought even more people to join us. ๐Ÿ˜„
The fragrant Glรผhwein and sweet Stollen filled the entire space with Christmas spirit.

Glรผhwein is a traditional German Christmas drink made by simmering red wine with spices and fruit. Itโ€™s the ultimate winter treat to warm your hands on a cold day.
Stollen is a German Christmas bread packed with butter, dried fruits, and nuts, topped with a layer of powdered sugar that looks just like snow.

And of course, our fun monthly voting event!
This time, the theme was: โ€œHow do you want to spend Christmas?โ€

Results:
โœจ Cozy and warm at home โ€” 25 votes
โœจ Glamorous and exciting out on the town โ€” 13 votes

Staying home was the clear winner!
Reasons were just as interesting:

  • Team Home: โ€œYear-end is all about family time!โ€, โ€œA warm blanket and a good movie is true happiness.โ€
  • Team Out: โ€œChristmas isnโ€™t complete without bright lights and music!โ€, โ€œPartying with friends is the best part of the holidays.โ€

The evening was full of laughter and conversation, with Christmas music playing as everyone mingled happily.
It was a truly special time where German culture blended naturally with Koreaโ€™s year-end vibe.

๐ŸŽ„ Stammtisch continues next month!
If youโ€™re interested in German culture, want to expand your network, or simply enjoy beer and great conversations, youโ€™re always welcome.

๐Ÿ“ Date: Every second Thursday of the month
๐Ÿ“ Location: Kamar, Itaewon
๐ŸŽ Perk: Free beer for the first 40 guests
